Full disclosure: I don't always "stay on track" on vacation. But when I do, I always feel so much better and consequently enjoy my vacation so much more.
Move my body with intention 🏋️♂️. It helps that Keith and I are on a 7-day competition with our apple watches 😬 Either a short workout, but ideally more play-like activities (yesterday was a bike ride, this morning a paddle). Movement it the magic elixir to make you feel better and builds up the desire to engage in more healthy habits.
Eat well🥑🍉🥗. Nothing complicated (our nutrition programs at Ascend are super simple). More veggies, some protein and fats. Less junk. Indulge in treats that are actually worth it. Most aren't.
