Bev Sanders founded Las Olas Surfing for Women (the first women's surfing retreat) on 1997 at the age of 44 years-old--the same year she learned to surf. For Bev, a former Marketing Director of a successful snowboarding company that she co-founded, after finding her balance on the waves she wanted to offer the experience to help "make girls out of women."
Bev is passionate about helping women find time to play in a supportive (and gorgeous!) environment and she talked with the FBGs about how her business sense can show people that feminism is fun!
