- In all areas of your life - relationships, habits, work, etc.
- Scale up & change your emotional state - if you’re in line and feeling a certain way, take that moment of medication to perceive why you’re feeling that way and what you can do to change it.
- You generate your energy, your joy, your happiness. Bring Joy. No one is choosing for you!
- Emotions are signals - Guilt can be utilized as a signal to pay attention and do a better job for whatever you feel guilty for. Failing is a moment, let it be a moment and move one - Andy Frisella podcast we mentioned.
