  1. Adopt the Role Model Mindset
    • Don't be afraid to be vulnerable inside of this!
  2. Take Care of Your Physical Health (workouts, walks, meditation, taking ‘pit stops’ from staring at a computer all day)
    • Your weight has nothing to do with your value or self-worth, and you putting that label on yourself is simply a perception.  “5 is only average in the presence of a 4 and a 6”. 
  3. Seek Clarity 
    • You have to know your WHY to eating better, sleeping, working out, etc.  It shouldn’t be JUST for a physical outcome - it should be deeper rooted! 
  4. Set boundaries / expectations 
    • In all areas of your life - relationships, habits, work, etc.
  5. Scale up & change your emotional state - if you’re in line and feeling a certain way, take that moment of medication to perceive why you’re feeling that way and what you can do to change it.
    • You generate your energy, your joy, your happiness. Bring Joy.  No one is choosing for you!
  6. Emotions are signals - Guilt can be utilized as a signal to pay attention and do a better job for whatever you feel guilty for. Failing is a moment, let it be a moment and move one - Andy Frisella podcast we mentioned.
