#1 - You save yourself time, money and frustration because you have an expert to guide you
#2 - Doing it yourself, isn’t FREE
#3 - You’re only doing pieces of the puzzle, but not completing the puzzle  
#4 - Meal plans don’t teach you about long-term habit change, and they don’t help you address the underlying challenges that might be getting in your way
#5 - Different seasons call for different things. A coach/practitioner can help you understand and adjust your fitness/nutrition/supplement/routine regimes in different seasons of life i.e. pregnancy, postpartum, peri-menopause/post menopause
#6 - Tech is great, but nutrition apps can never replace a nutrition coach! You’re a human… tech is not
