Mindset is a set of messages you believe about yourself. What you believe about yourself and your circumstances can be instrumental in your success and also a factor in your failure. It's tough enough to change your mind, but is it really possible to change your "mindset?" Hint: the answer is yes, but it requires conscious effort. It's beyond messaging -- you must truly believe the message and consistently work to apply the growth mindset. How do we develop this? How do we maintain it?

Much of what has happened to you has been beyond your control, but thankfully your current circumstances need not define you. Your identity will be found in how you choose to respond. And there's the key - it's a choice. Today we will explore this topic with my good friend Malhar Bhagat and provide some action steps that will help you adopt a growth mindset.
