I’m going to go through a lot of articles you could easily find on the internet yourself. But what you won’t find is my interpretation, comments, and insights into those articles. For that, you’ll just have to keep it here for the next 59 minutes while I lay a little perspective on ya.
Criteria
Everyone who compiles a list of any sort or ranks anything must have some type of criteria. As we dig into the articles I’ll talk about the criteria used for making these lists and in a few cases, tell you why I know the writers don’t actually invest in real estate.
