Last time we talked a bit about investing in a foreign country. We will wrap up that conversation today and then take some of your questions We don’t encourage everyone to drop what you are doing and start flipping houses like you see on TV, but we do encourage everyone to have real estate as a part of their investment portfolio. Today we are looking at an interesting possibility in another country and I will weigh in with some of my criteria I use when evaluating international investing.
