Our guest today joined the Marines out of high school, then went to Purdue University where he completed a degree in Accounting. While in college he started acquiring rental properties. He's had some setbacks which you will hear about in a few minutes but today he owns $30 MILLION dollars worth of real estate and he coaches others in the process.
