President Trump dominates the news cycle in a way like no other public figure I've seen in my lifetime. It almost seems to me that he says some of the outrageous things just to stay in the limelight. I generally avoid politics on this show as you know and prefer to talk about real estate and the opportunity it presents. Although today I have to give a little credit to the President. He's making a bunch of Chinese real estate investors rich and some may be about to hit the jackpot. I'm going to tell you about that right after the first break. We have more news from Kalispell, Montana today and the Flathead Beacon in one of the quirkiest "studies" I've ever seen published. It's weird, it's not all that useful, and I LOVE it. Later on I'll tell you what digital real estate means and what you need to do to invest in it. We are going to talk about one unfortunate consequence of Seattle's unprecendented real estate boom. We will talk about how to look beyond mere price and look at other indications of the health of the real estate market, particularly with commercial assets.
