I want passive investment. I know about REITs and I’ve done some checking into crowdfunding sites. The REITs don’t have great returns but they seem relatively safe. The crowdfunding makes me leery. I know they are probably doing just fine but it seems a little dicey to me. How should I be thinking about where to put my money?”

I heard that I needed to form a Nevada Corporation, which they were willing to set up for me -- for a fee of course. Since it was a webinar I looked up what it cost and they were adding about $1000 to what it would really cost. So I passed. But the logic seemed compelling. So I think I need to do something.
