Dr. Eric Barth is an Associate Professor of Mechanical Engineering at Vanderbilt University, where he runs the Laboratory for the Design and Control of Energetic Systems. He has a research history steeped in fluid power and its application in unique environments. We invited him into the forum today to learn more about one of his more recent creations – a new servo pump for hydraulically actuated soft robotics.
