This week, we are continuing in our Fitness Month of our Summer Break Series! One of the things we talked about in last week's episode was TIME. In order for your workout routine to work for you, it has to be able to take place at a time and in an amount of time that you are actually able to devote to fitness. With that in mind, we wanted to take a deeper dive into creating a workout schedule, because something we hear all the time is that someone would love to work out, but they just don't have the time to do it!
Here's the hard truth: we all have lots going on. Many of us work long hours at demanding jobs. Lots of us have side hustles. Most of us have kids. So creating a schedule for working out is non-negotiable if you want to get serious about devoting time to fitness.
