John 8:1-11 The main strategy of the religious leaders of Jesus' time was to try to trick Jesus into saying something for which they could condemn Him. In this passage, they present Jesus with a woman caught in adultery hoping to corner Him with an impossible situation, but as Pastor Joe points out, it's foolish to play games with the wisdom of God.
