Isaiah 11:1-10 We learn from Isaiah that the Messiah who was promised some 700 years before Jesus came would be One who would have God's Spirit upon Him and would be wise, mighty, full of knowledge, would make judgments based on what’s real, true and right, and would bring justice to the needy and poor. For a nation headed toward destruction and captivity, this would be reason for a lot of hope for Israel. Pastor Mike shows us how we have reason for a lot of hope too because this Messiah has already come and is alive and well in and through all who trust in Him.
