James 5:7-11 As we walk through the anticipation of Advent where we're encouraged to remember that Jesus - who came once before - will one day return, James reminds us that Jesus comes to us and for us often in our lives. In his letter to his scattered and oppressed congregation, he tells them to "be patient until the Lord’s coming." Pastor Mike explains that James wasn't telling them to patiently await Christ's return but was telling them to patiently await the Lord's arrival in their lives bringing them deliverance and justice.
