Pastor Mike challenges us to do the hard work it takes to become a unified community. He says that while we all must stand on the foundation of the gospel, we must be careful not to elevate other beliefs to "gospel status" that could cause us to splinter and divide. Instead, he urges us to be more willing to unify around one another rather than around doctrinal dogma. Carl Sands shares two poems he has written about this and encourages us to assume the role of servants toward one another.
