We all start out intimidated at the gym, not knowing how any of the machines work, let alone the free weights area. Worse as women, we feel intimidated to even step foot into the free weights section. It has gotten better over the years but I'm here to tell you that you have every right to use all of the equipment in the gym just like the men do.
