I want to share with you a valuable insight I had while reflecting on my last bikini show a couple of weekends ago and how this insight and lesson can be helpful in your life. I know most of my clients and listeners have little to no desire to step on stage so this isn't about competing but more about motivation, habits, and what I had to rely on when my motivation wasn't there.
