Description

Jeff Jackson has had a variety of coaching experiences in his career. Jackson has been the head coach for Notre Dame since 2005 and recently helped the Irish play in the NCAA Division I men's hockey tournament for the 13th time in his tenure. Before that, he was an assistant coach for the New York Islanders (2003-04) and the head coach of the Guelph Storm (2000-03) of the Ontario Hockey League. Jackson helped create the United States National Team Development Program in 1997 and worked for USA Hockey through 2000. Before that, he was the head coach at Lake Superior State (1990-96) after spending four seasons as an assistant coach for the Lakers (1986-90).
