This week Shawn & Kenny got to take a moment before March Madness officially kicks off this weekend by discussing what the kids of today need to understand prior to getting to that point. For this episode the FCP crew have two special guests that work with the youth at these crucial stages of life while sports are still a priority on their list; Ross Chadwick-Myers who is the CEO and Founder of the Chadwick Skills Academy based out of New Jersey works with kids from elementary to middle school within his not-for-profit basketball training organization and John Cox who represents Curtis High School in Staten Island as a school aide and youth advisor helps young adults by bridging the gap between high school and what they need to know on their way to competing and participating in sports at the next level. The path typically starts when they're young but develops rapidly from elementary to middle school and onto high school and beyond if they are lucky enough and dedicated to the craft.
