Jesus traveled throughout the region of Galilee, teaching in the synagogues and announcing the Good News about the Kingdom. And he healed every kind of disease and illness. News about him spread as far as Syria, and people soon began bringing to him all who were sick. 1. Occupy with VISION
Without prophetic vision people run wild, but blessed are those who follow God’s teachings. Proverbs 29:18 (GW)
Without a clear vision for your life, you will just aimlessly wander.
Jesus traveled through all the towns and villages of that area, teaching in the synagogues and announcing the Good News about the Kingdom. And he healed every kind of disease and illness. He said to his disciples, “The harvest is great, but the workers are few. So pray to the Lord who is in charge of the harvest; ask him to send more workers into his fields.” Matthew 9:37-38(NLT)

2. Occupy with AUTHENTICITY
…He asked his disciples, “Who do people say that the Son of Man is?” Matthew 16:13 (NLT)
“Well,” they replied, “some say John the Baptist, some say Elijah, and others say Jeremiah or one of the other prophets.” Then he asked them, “But who do you say I am?” Matthew 16:14-15 (NLT)

God doesn’t need you… God wants you.

3. Occupy with FAITHFULNESS
“If you are faithful in little things, you will be faithful in large ones. But if you are dishonest in little things, you won’t be honest with greater responsibilities. And if you are untrustworthy about worldly wealth, who will trust you with the true riches of heaven? And if you are not faithful with other people’s things, why should you be trusted with things of your own? Luke 16:10-12 (NLT)
People should be shocked by the size of the vision in your heart AND by the dedication to the task in your hand.
If you will be faithful with what God put in your hand, He’ll make sure you fulfill what He has put in your heart.
So here’s what I want you to do, God helping you: Take your everyday, ordinary life—your sleeping, eating, going-to-work, and walking-around life—and place it before God as an offering. Embracing what God does for you is the best thing you can do for him. Don’t become so well-adjusted to your culture that you fit into it without even thinking. Instead, fix your attention on God.
