(Hebrews 12:2) (MSG) Keep your eyes on Jesus, who both began and finished this race we’re in. Study how he did it. Because he never lost sight of where he was headed—that exhilarating finish in and with God—he could put up with anything along the way: Cross, shame, whatever.

Title of Message: In My life
How to survive a fire in my life:
1. STOP thinking earthly thoughts.
START thinking eternal.
(Job 42:2) (NLT) “I know that you can do anything, and no one can stop you. “You asked, ‘Who is this that questions my wisdom with such ignorance?’ It is I—and I was talking about things I knew nothing about, things far too wonderful for me.
(Isaiah 55:8-9)(CEB) “My plans aren’t your plans, nor are your ways my ways, says the Lord. Just as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways, and my plans than your plans.
2. DROP the Reigns of Control.
(Proverbs 3:5-6) (NLT) Trust in the Lord with all your heart; do not depend on your own understanding. Seek his will in all you do, and he will show you which path to take.
(Psalm 32:8) (NLT) The Lord says, “I will guide you along the best pathway for your life. I will advise you and watch over you.
PICK UP the promises of God.
(Jeremiah 29:11) (NLT) For I know the plans I have for you,” says the Lord. “They are plans for good and not for disaster, to give you a future and a hope.
(Proverbs 19:21) (NIV84) Many are the plans in a man’s heart, but it is the Lord’s purpose that prevails.
3. ROLL up your sleeves.
Go Forward in Faith.
(Ephesians 6:11) (NLT) Put on all of God’s armor so that you will be able to stand firm against all strategies of the devil.
(Ephesians 6:14) (NLT) Stand your ground, putting on the belt of truth and the body armor of God’s righteousness.
(Ephesians 6:15) (NLT) For shoes, put on the peace that comes from the Good News so that you will be fully prepared.
(Ephesians 6:16) (NLT) In addition to all of these, hold up the shield of faith to stop the fiery arrows of the devil.
(Ephesians 6:17) (NLT) Put on salvation as your helmet, and take the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God.
Random acts of greatness pale in comparison to habitual acts of faithfulness.
(James 5:11) (MSG) “Youʼve heard, of course, of Jobʼs staying power, and you know how God brought it all together for him at the end. That's because God cares, cares right down to the last detail.”
