(Proverbs) (12:25) Anxiety weighs down the heart, but a kind word cheers it up.”

(Luke 6:45) “The good man brings good things out of the good stored up in his heart, and the evil man brings evil things out of the evil stored up in his heart. For out of the overflow of his heart his mouth speaks.”

(Philippians 4:8) (NLT) And now, dear brothers and sisters, one final thing. Fix your thoughts on what is true, and honorable, and right, and pure, and lovely, and admirable. Think about things that are excellent and worthy of praise.”

(2 Corinthians 10:5) “…we take captive every thought to make it obedient to Christ.”

(Proverbs 4:23) (GN) “Be careful how you think; your life is shaped by your thoughts.”

1.    Speak Faith

(Romans 4:17) (NIV) “As it is written: “I have made you a father of many nations.”He is our father in the sight of God, in whom he believed—the God who gives life to the dead and calls into being things that were not.”

2.    Speak Hope

(Romans 8:28) “And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him, who have been called according to his purpose.”

Hope is a confident expectation based on something solid.

Faith is being sure of what we have hoped for.

(Hebrews 11:1)  “Now faith is being sure of what we hope for and certain of what we do not see.”

3.    Speak Praise

Praise is thanking God for who and what He is.

(Psalm 100:4) (NLT) “Enter his gates with thanksgiving; go into his courts with praise. Give thanks to him and praise his name.”
