How can I have a Godly family?
1. Make Jesus the center of my home?
(2 Corinthians 5:14) (Message) Christ's love has moved me to such extremes. His love has the first and last word in everything we do.
2. Make my home a place of protection?
(Proverbs 14:26) (GW) In the fear of the Lord there is strong confidence, and his children will have a place of refuge.
We will trust each other. Our home will always be a place of physical and emotional safety.
Unhealthy homes ignore pain; healthy homes bring it to the center where Jesus is.
3. Change the climate of my home?
(Psalm 126:2) Our mouths were filled with laughter, our tongues with songs of joy. Then it was said among the nations, “The Lord has done great things for them.”
(John 13:34-35) (MSG) "Let me give you a new command: Love one another. In the same way I loved you, you love one another. This is how everyone will recognize that you are my disciples—when they see the love you have for each other."
We will have fun and laugh together, enjoy meals together, read together, share our faith together, and minister together.
