Twenty-First Sunday in Ordinary Time
These past couple of weeks we have had the privilege of learning more about Eucharistic theology through the words of our Gospel writer St. John. The Eucharist is the source and summit of the Christian life, which necessitates that we take the time to learn more about God's substantial gift of himself through the appearances of bread and wine.
Simply learning more about the Eucharist, though important, is not enough. Jesus wants us to make a decision, take ownership over our faith, and proclaim this mystery to the ends of the world!
