For those who have read the books, the anticipation for a film adaptation has been quite lengthy. However, the wait has proven to be worthwhile! Uglies movie remains faithful to the source material, and even though I hadn't revisited the book in some time, the film brought back memories vividly. The production team did an impressive job and I find it puzzling why the reviews are not more favorable; in my opinion, it was exceptionally crafted.
