So what in the world am I up to now...
Hopefully, making today a better day for you,
by reflecting on the fact just because the day
has a title that's attached to a perceived stress
factor doesn't mean you have to embrace that.

Truly, if you analyze your behavior on Sunday
afternoon are you already tensing for what you
think Monday is going to bring? Can you change
anything that is coming Monday by fretting about
it on Sunday?

Is your grumpiness from dreading 'your Monday'
(can be different day depending on your job)
affecting your relationship with your family
and friends. Are they avoiding you on Sunday?
Or just joining you in your misery because they
gave up changing that...

I know for a fact if you address the 'elephant
in the room' you might find a way to diffuse the
monumental weight you're feeling approaching that
day of stress...just saying.
