(The timeline of these air checks may vary, as time fogs the memory banks. We try our best though. Any changes or updates are welcomed. We have been busy the past few years, so uploads have been minimal. Hopefully we can increase our uploads in the future. We have Gary Dee material not heard since the day it was aired. Many thanks to Dale White who mailed in many of these WWWE tapes more than 20 years ago, before the ability to e-mail audio files. Wow have time changed! Thanks Dale wherever you are!)
We begin with Gary chuckling and noting that his kids will be joining him later this month and driving them up the wall!
Caller wants to know the number to the liquor store! Next caller, Leroy, offers his knowledge and experience. Gary speaks with Bruce Drennan about alcohol. They both mention Sheriff Gerald McFaul and share a story.
Gary speaks with Dick Goddard about the weather. They mention Robin Swoboda. Classic callers to Gary are highlighted on the show. Gary mentions Merle Haggard and Johnny Paycheck's troubles. Gary plays A Jerry Lee Lewis tune and mentions Patsy Cline and Hawkshaw Hawkins. Gary signs off and says he will be back tomorrow.
The year 2019 marks 24 years since Gary Dee passed away. He would have been 84 this year if he had lived – And he would STILL be GIVING-IT-STEEL!
