I want to talk to you about five ways to respond to 1-Star reviews. We all enjoy the four and five-star reviews, but we will also get those 1-star reviews. So, let's talk about dealing with those reviews. As authors we must have "tough skin" some days. We appreciate reviews because they help people decide whether to buy our book or not. A lot of people depend on those reviews. So, reviews are very important. 
 

 

5 Tasks for Launch Team Members 

  1. 3:10 – The danger of having only four and five-star reviews
  2. 3:56 – Is this an opportunity to improve your manuscript?
  3. 4:56 – Ignore reviews from people who haven't purchased your book  
  4. 5:10 – If you need encouragement, do this!
