First on fire joy-filled preach from the heart and experience (rather than from the head and intellect...). Got me into trouble, and I never preached at that church again. Still can't figure out why the truth spoken so plainly and full of joy was so offensive, when the message is clearly and simply about us needing to be Friends of God to fulfil the Great Commission, striving-free. Glory... ;)
