I will be discussing how repentance can sometimes turn into religious acts. To become righteous in the eyes of God you must accept and acknowledge that Jesus Christ is your savior and humbly repent from your sins, no man or woman can make you righteous. Not even you can save yourself, we all must call on the name of Jesus. Many also think because they've made the declaration to Jesus and feel as though they are now saved, that they have the right to judge other brothers and sisters in Christ or even those that are still in the world. That's were a person is wrong because God says NONE of us are without sin even if you are saved! One may just be hiding their sins within their minds as opposed to the other outwardly partinking in sin. We are not here to judge one another (except as it is stated in the bible to use righteous judgement for correction of a brother or sister in Christ according to
1 Corinthians 5:12) and even this correction isn't a condemnation kind of correction, it is a how can I help you and let's walk through this together type of correction. Religion never saved anybody!!!
