Quinton has spent over a decade helping to facilitate a cultural diversity and leadership camp for high school students and is now in his 20th year serving the Multicultural Alliance. Phillips is a founding partner of ROOT Consulting Group a cultural competency consulting firm and is Co-Founder of Community Frontline a non-profit organization designed to offer solutions for community issues.
