Regan invites Annie Asher onto the show, to talk about arthritis in our knees. Our knees suffer from wear and tear over time, but arthritis typically comes to us in 3 stages. However, when it reaches to stage 4, that's usually when you will feel pain. Many doctors will often prescribe ibuprofen to help with the pain, but that is not a long term solution! A stem cell treatment can greatly help reduce pain and get you back to living a normal life again.
