I break down what happens in the body when it's already under significant load and you add more stress to the pile. Because your body doesn't distinguish between a brutal workout, a brutal relationship, a brutal inner critic, and a brutal hormonal transition. All of it lands in the same physiological bucket. And when that bucket is full, adding more doesn't produce results. It produces breakdown.
