• We rejoice in the fact that God sent His Son Jesus to earth to die on the cross so our sins would be forgiven. We rejoice that God is calling us to a personal relationship with Him because of what Jesus did on the cross for us. We rejoice for all God does in our lives. In this sermon we see how Jesus is calling sinners and tax collectors to Him and how rebukes the Pharisees and Scribes for not understanding what Jesus came to earth to do. We should rejoice for a soul that has been saved. Heaven will also rejoice in the saving of that soul.
