• As members of a congregation we need be thankful to God for those that are in leadership especially our pastors. Pastors need to be honored for their hard work of preaching, teaching and working for the Lord. Pastors are human and need to be disciplined justly and willing to learn for the sake of the congregation. The congregation must select carefully men of leadership who love God and His word, are men of character with godliness as servants for Jesus.
