We concluded our series Buried Treasures by looking at the importance of Scripture and how to read it well. The Bible is neither irrelevant nor simplistic, it is the revelation of a loving God. To explore this, we looked at perhaps the most famous verse in all of Scripture: John 3:16. Along with its surrounding context, it tells us a great deal about how we come to understand God's truth and live from it.
Bottom line: The Bible is a loving God's gift to grow us in grace.
