Opening: How would you respond if asked, "Are you living in awe of God?"
AWE = is a combination of fear, terror and a sense of wonder.
In Acts 2: After Pentecost the early church was continually devoting themselves to four areas:
1. The Apostle's teaching (The Word of God)
2. Fellowship
3. The Breaking of Bread
4. Prayer
- Are you in awe when you open God's Word?
- Are you in awe as you gather in God's house on Sunday to hear God's Word?
- Are you in awe as you hear what God is doing in the lives of other believers?
- Are you in awe as you have the privilege to approach God in prayer?
