- Scouts return 8 of 9 Nazgul accounted for - scattered and sent back to Mordor, no Gollum
- Bilbo and Frodo meet one on one for the last time - Sting, Mithril coat
- Fellowship officially formed
- Gimli will represent Dwarves
- Legolas Elves
- Aragorn Men (Boromir coming too)
- Gandalf shall be the intelligence
- Frodo
- Sam - packing his things
- ...2 spots left. Elrond wants to send two from his house- Merry and Pippin interrupt. Elrond is okay with Merry, but not Pippin.
- Southward bound
- Hollin
- Aragorn starts being a Ranger!!! He notices there are no bird sounds -- odd to him. So silent that the fellowship merely talking "vibrates the ground".
- Gandalf says that you always listen to a ranger, especially when it's Aragorn!
