Step 1: Reflect on quarter one, ask yourself 'what's working for me? what isn't working?'
Step 2: Declutter your physical, mental and digital space
Step 3: Choose 3-5 things to focus on for quarter two
Step 4: Adjust your routines, habits, and systems to help you reach your goals
Step 5: Plan for fun and balance
Step 6: Write out your plan, put things on your calendar, make a vision board, etc.
Step 7: Take action!
