I don't know aboout you but when life is good, I'm feeling happy, and not stressed it's easy for me to stick to the goals and habits I set out to achieve. But it's like as soon as life throws me a curve ball, I become anxious, or overwhelmed I immediately fall back into old habits of not doing anything; eventhough I know those habits and routines make me feel my best.

It's important to not let temporary emtions make decision that could effect your long term goals. By sticking to a plan rather than letting emotions drive you, you'll begin to build determination, momentum, and self-confidence because you teach yourself that you can trust that when you say you're going to do something, you do it.
