Keith Garde is a successful entrepreneur, artist advocate, author, and a total mensch. His story is one of love, drugs, and rock n roll, though not necessarily in that order. Trauma and addiction have been half nemesis and half teacher throughout. Keith has won his battle with trauma and addiction every day for over 30yrs and now channels it all into coaching and advising leadership at it's highest levels. His career in artist management led him to working with bands like Aerosmith. Sure, his time with Aerosmith included all of the antics you can imagine, along with the band's recognition like 10 MTV Moonmen, multiple Grammy's, American Music Awards, but you'd never get that from speaking with Keith. Keith also created, produced, and directed the seminal Aerosmith Rockumentary, "The Making of Pump".
What his experience really left him with was a realization that the relationships between the people involved, is the magic that underpins creative success, as well as fulfillment.
