Jason Melton is an attorney with nearly twenty years of experience practicing law. As a Managing Partner at Florida legal firm Whittel & Melton LLC, Jason specializes in catastrophic damages and trial advocacy arising in personal injury, wrongful death, criminal defense, and employment disputes. Jason is also a founding member of NAMIL, the National Academy of Motorcycle Injury Lawyers. Prior to going into private practice, Jason worked as an Assistant State Attorney in the Miami-Dade County State Attorney’s Office.
