- Nancy Armour said, "it's a solution in search of a problem", especially after the NCAA President Baker testified that there are less than10 trans athletes in all of college sports, in other words, 0.00173%. Baker further testified that an NCAA study found that abuse and harassment of female athletes is a massive issue.
