Today, we are breaking down Clough Road's monthly figures for October.  

We cover quotes, reservations, conversions, square foot moved, cancellations, revenue and occupancy to understand exactly how the site performed and what the data is telling us about demand. 

It was a challenging month overall. Low conversion rates, high move outs and a rise in cancellations have put pressure on occupancy and future revenue, and there are some clear areas that need tightening up.  

There is still plenty of potential, but the data shows that changes need to happen quickly to stop the trend continuing into next month.
