20 years ago, Elena Kinane started growing vegetables on her apartment balcony. Now, she is the Founder of the Greenheart Organic Farms, a completely chemical-free farm growing 140 types of produce in the desert just outside Dubai, a feat many would call impossible. She shares her story of how she became a farmer with no background in it, and why organic food is better for us and the planet.
