Franklin D. Roosevelt was born on January 30, 1882 in Hyde Park, NY, and he was the 32nd President of the United States. When he was 5 years old he met President Grover Cleveland who said to him, "...I wish that you may never be President of the United States." How ironic because FDR became the longest serving POTUS, serving 12 years over 4 terms.
