Pro tip:
When it comes to meal prep, preparing large amounts of protein sources at once helps spread the "work load" out.
I like to cook about 10 pounds of chicken and 6 pounds of ground turkey at a time.
I utilize enough for 5-7 days and freeze the rest for later.
Sometimes I'll cook the same batch again so if I go out of town when i get back I just thaw out that prepared meat and prep later that night!
