Description

Tongue-tie can impact sleep in a variety of ways. In infants and young children, it can lead to difficulty in breastfeeding or bottle-feeding, which can result in poor weight gain and sleep disruptions. In older children and adults, tongue-tie can cause problems with breathing and snoring, which can lead to sleep disturbances and even sleep apnea.

In this episode, we're joined by Dr. Shereen Lim, all the way from Australia, to help parents identify signs and symptoms and to share the importance of tongue-tie management for kids and adults.
