Discomfort, resistance, and pressure forge your character and keep you sharp. Our bodies were not designed biologically to be kept 100% comfortable all of the time.  Keep your self-discipline in check by choosing the more uncomfortable options.  For example, start with small decisions in everyday life: do the thing.  Eat the fruit, trash the candy.  Take a cold shower.  Take the escalator, nope, stairs for us.  Always chose the uphill option - for the richness of the path will be dependant on your willingness to do so.  And ironically, life will be "easier" down the road if you chose discipline today.


PODCAST Update(s): Heart Healthy Hustle Nation: We are growing FAST!  I'm not counting the eggs before they hatch, but I am excited for the recent growth.  I just wanted to say THANK YOU for sharing your favorite episodes with your friends, family, co-workers, Uber drivers, etc!  WOW, here we go!  2019 goals on track.
